Job Description

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Report to the Principal, Vice Principal and the school’s Senior Leadership Team
- Assume responsibility for the implementation and development of the MYP curriculum within the spirit of the school’s vision and mission statement from Candidacy and beyond.
- Ensure that all IBO databases about the school are up to date and deadlines and procedures from IBO are met
- Develop the strategic plan, leading the accreditation and review processes
- Initiate professional training programs that will enable the teaching staff to successfully introduce and develop the IB programs in their classroom successfully; the trainings will include professional learning communities, inter-disciplinary unit development, and current pedagogy and assessment practices
