Multimedia Manager

• Ensure all marketing and communications initiatives to support the resort, rooms, food and beverage, spa, recreation, special events.
• Responsible for creating artworks for promotional and branding purposes in line with brand standards and templates while meeting the given deadline.
• Preparing reports and presentations.
• Ensure all internal departments and external partners are coordinated accordingly.

Experience And Qualifications

• Up to 5-6 years of working experience as a multimedia / graphic designer & marketing support or similar role.
• Proficiency with Adobe design software and graphics editing tools (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is essential; a portfolio is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point) is essential.
• A strong sense of aesthetics and understanding of visual design (layout, composition balance, colors & fonts)
• Passion for photography, video editing, animation, HTML, email/digital marketing, or web design is a plus.
• A keen eye for details and quality.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
