Roles & Responsibilities
A warm and friendly, honest, and loving personality to interact perfectly well with children.
Be able to interact and establish a positive relationship with the children’s families.
Be able to prepare and maintain the classroom environment in which the Montessori approach to education is implemented.
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 2-4 years.
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Establish positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment.
