Job Description

- Undertake level crossing inspection, faults, and maintenance, accurately report all work completed/not completed
- Identify and progress closure or implement other necessary control measures to reduce level crossing risk as low as reasonably practicable
- Where necessary and appropriate, undertake the role of Rail Incident Officer [RIO], take responsibility for the command structure being set-up and lead the co-ordination of the infrastructure and service restoration activities
- Produce I maintain records as required
- Attend accidents I incidents affecting infrastructure as directed by the Operations Control Centre
