- To achieve set KPIs on Availability, Visibility (BDA implementation /or share of space as per our market share & company planograms).
- Proactive management of near expiry and damage items in line with company policy, 100% follow the FIFO.
- Prompt execution of all the display and promotion drives.
- To ensure all-round availability of listed SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure.
- To manage returns within agreed levels.
- Reporting competition activities and observe trade/consumer trends.
- To participate and share all survey findings (price, competition, category etc.).
- To comply with Journey plan, daily reporting timing and duty hours.
