Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute merchandising strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product assortments.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and maximize margins.
Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock allocation to maximize sales and minimize markdowns.
Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies to create an engaging and cohesive shopping experience.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution of merchandising strategies.
