The system migration is complete, and a minimum viable product has been successfully installed. Now its time to leverage the power of a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP by implementing operational and technical improvements driven by data, process and user analysis.


This healthcare equipment management organization with excellent company culture and great leadership is hiring a Business Systems & IT Development leader to continue developing the roadmap and manage innovative projects to reach their strategic goals.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recommend and manage the implementation of additional MSD 365 functionality, system flows, and system flow improvements aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage user portal functionality, access and content based on gap analysis sessions with stakeholders.
  • Manage data integrity and security measures for all systems.
  • Liaise with IT solutions and support suppliers to maintain all systems and applications.
  • Lead and develop data intelligence reporting and solutions.

Requirements

EDUCATION & TRAINING

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent in a related field.


WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud-based project experience.
  • As this is a critical near-term project, portal business analysis and development in MSD 365 will be required.
  • Power BI experience from upper management interaction to developing reports for various business lines/projects.
  • Designing and developing data analytic solutions in a project-oriented environment.
  • Communicating with senior decision-makers and end-users.
  • Medical sales, medical customer service or medical equipment industry experience is preferred.


SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • You are highly organized with strong time-management skills to manage and maintain multiple ongoing projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Ability to manage implementation projects developed by an external supplier.
  • Ability to determine downstream effects of process changes and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Extensive functional and technical knowledge of applications in the Dynamics 365 platform, including CRM
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft analysis and reporting tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Some technical proficiency in SQL.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension abilities.


OTHER

  • The selected candidate can reside anywhere in Canada as long as they can travel to the GTA when required.
