MEP Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

1. To generate layouts and detailed MEP drawings in accordance with project specifications.
2. Supervise & lead the Drafting team by managing their time and by cross-checking all drawings to ensure it is up to standard.
3. Support the Project Managers with accurate drawings from design to execution & handover.
4. Provide shop drawings & As-Built drawings.
5. Prepare & maintain detailed Logs for the Design, Shop & As-Built drawings.
6. Be a strong team player and be able to interact well with other staff and vendor partners.
7. Strong interaction with PMs, Coordinators & Project Engineers for MEP drawings, RFIs, Material submittals etc.
8. Attending site meetings to discuss projects, engineering requirements etc.
9. Excellent coordination with Civil Technical Manager, Consultant, Architect etc.
