- Preparation of MEP Coordination drawing with all MEP sections and detail drawings.
- Preparation of MEP Coordination Reflected ceiling plans drawing with all MEP sections and detail drawings.
- Preparation of MEP Builder's Slab/Wall work drawings.
- Preparation of MEP coordination drawings incorporating all MEP services.
- Checking & incorporating MEP Services & equipment details.
- Ensure final designs comply with regulations and quality standards.
- Sizing of HVAC ducting, piping Service, Water supply & drainage piping as per international/ local standards.
- Create detailed models and drawings of your design to be referenced in the creation of the MEP coordination system.
- Work closely with other team members to develop MEP Coordination layout.
- Effectively select the needed materials and parts for the project.
- Deliver persuasive proposals and presentations regarding the project.
- Continually monitor completed systems to ensure they remain functional. Make modifications to the systems, as necessary.
- Ensure that all applicable regulations are accounted for in the designs for the project.
- Prepare MEP coordination sketches as required by drafting personnel.
- Check MEP service drawings developed by another team member
- Complete isometric drawings and piping layout as needed.
- Ensure to complete MEP service components and run detailed drawings as necessary.
- Review project parameters related to MEP service requirements.
- Must be an expert in AutoCAD (2D,3D) and international codes and standards.
- Must be familiar with presenting general arrangement drawings of Arch, steel structural, and Fabrication.
- Must have good knowledge of detailing.
- Good knowledge of computer operation and operating knowledge of MS (Excel, Word & Outlook).
- To create proper product design and manufacturing drawings sets, considering the effective cost.
- To follow company/department ISO procedures for all steps to keep the system in place.
- Always, effective time management is required to be in place.
- Presentation and reporting skills (preferable).
- Understanding of architectural & structural reflected ceiling plans
- Ability to commute/relocate.
