Adrenagy Fitness based in Abu Dhabi UAE is a prominent ladies gym committed to empowering women in their fitness journey. We are currently seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Membership Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of our fitness community.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Membership Sales:**

Drive membership sales by effectively communicating the unique benefits and features of our ladies gym.

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing members understanding their fitness goals and tailoring membership packages accordingly.

2. **Lead Generation:**

Proactively generate leads through outreach networking and community engagement to expand the gyms member base.

Collaborate with marketing initiatives to maximize lead generation opportunities.

3. **Customer Relationship Management:**

Provide excellent customer service throughout the membership acquisition process.

Address inquiries concerns and objections with professionalism and a customercentric approach.

4. **Sales Targets:**

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Regularly analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve and surpass set goals.

5. **Promotional Events:**

Plan and participate in promotional events both within the gym and in the community to increase brand awareness and attract new members.

6. **Market Research:**

Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market demands to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

7. **Documentation and Reporting:**

Maintain accurate records of leads sales activities and member interactions using CRM software.

Generate regular reports on sales performance for management review.

**Qualifications:**

Proven experience in sales preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and articulate the unique value proposition of our ladies gym.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Goaloriented and selfmotivated.

**Requirements:**

Reside in the UAE with a preference for candidates based in Abu Dhabi.

Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field is a plus.

Familiarity with fitness industry trends and a passion for promoting womens health and wellness.
