Job Title: Member of Technical Staff Enterprise AI

The Role

As a Member of Technical Staff you will function as a forward-deployed research partner embedded directly within enterprise AI systems. You will work on live workflows uncover real-world failure modes and drive rapid experimental cycles to improve system performance.

What Youll Do

1. Embed within enterprise AI workflows as a research collaborator working alongside domain experts and client teams.
2. Surface formalize and prioritize system failure modes in real-world deployments.
3. Design high-signal datasets and evaluation protocols to target identified weaknesses.
4. Run tight experimental loops to validate hypotheses and quantify improvements.
5. Produce clear decision-oriented analyses of system behavior and performance.
6. Develop and benchmark agentic workflows focusing on robustness and scalability.
7. Build lightweight tooling to support evaluation data curation and rapid iteration.
8. Contribute to internal and external research artifacts including reports and benchmarks.

Who You Are

1. Masters degree in Computer Science Machine Learning Artificial Intelligence or a related technical field.
2. Strong judgment for research signal quality including data selection and evaluation design.
3. Experience designing datasets and evaluation frameworks for ML systems.
4. Ability to translate ambiguous operational issues into structured research problems.
5. Familiarity with RL environments and/or agentic system evaluation.
6. Clear concise communicator with a bias toward actionable insight.
7. Proven ability to execute in fast iteration cycles and high-ambiguity settings.
8. Collaborative mindset with experience working across research product and domain teams.

Preferred

1. Strong client-facing experience particularly in technical or research-driven environments.
2. Experience building internal research or evaluation tooling.
3. Contributions to benchmarks research publications or open research initiatives.
4. Exposure to enterprise AI deployments or forward-deployed research models.

Compensation & Benefits Notice

The national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $200000 $250000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses dependent on role and subject to company policies.
