Principal Accountabilities:
• Receives supplies and equipment from the depots and other sources, confirming they are in acceptable condition. This includes unloading trucks, shipping containers and aircraft pallets.
• In-checks property, processes receipt documents into the supply computer system, and clears rejects as required.
• Separates misdirected shipments, and processes them through the transportation channels.
• Moves property to correct warehouses, and then places in assigned locations. Updates warehouse locations when appropriate.
• Ensures supplies and equipment are kept clean, preserved and protected from the environment while in storage.
