Act as the client's main point of contact for the delivery of media services
• Customer relationship management/customer satisfaction management
• Manage all interconnections (THALIS units, airlines, CSPs, design agencies, third party external application suppliers) necessary for the success of the program
• Ensure regional coordination in supporting global customer satisfaction
• Proactive risk and opportunity management
• Liaise with the integrated program team on new media related program scope, timeline, cost and risks
• Comprehensive and detailed post-award planning for effective and effective program management (scope, timeline, cost and risks)
• Coordinate with contracts to negotiate MSA
• Media program implementation (scope, schedule, cost and risks)
• Support bids to determine appropriate budget for scope, timeline and risks assumed
• ICO, PO and PCO management, and associated revenue and cash; Manage and implement media-related change order opportunities (PCOs).
• Support planning, implementation, implementation, monitoring and control of all phases of the media development schedule (ITCM, PDR, CDR, SIP Planning/Demos, TRR Program Freeze, FSAT and EIS support
• Plan EIS requirements, communicate requirements internally and externally, support EIS implementation and in-service support
Content Integrator:
• Examines video and audio files to ensure they adhere to company specifications, reporting any anomalies so that the files are classified for rework and rejection.
