Job Title: Mechanical Supervisor Welding/Piping(ARAMCO/SWCC)

• Lead and mentor welding and piping teams ensuring successful project execution.
• Foster a safetyconscious and collaborative team culture.
• Oversee daytoday operations implementing operational policies for team optimization.
• Coordinate and allocate resources effectively collaborating with project managers.
• Monitor and enforce quality standards conducting inspections for precision.
• Strictly enforce safety protocols conduct audits and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations providing feedback and recognition.
• Address and resolve issues within the teams implementing corrective measures.
• Facilitate effective communication between team members project managers and stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between upper management and teams conveying goals and expectations.
