Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mechanical Inspector (Saudi National) to join our team in Green Riyadh Program. The SOW includes the construction of irrigation water tanks irrigation networks softscape hardscape and planting in 7 neighborhoods and 3 major roads within Riyadh City.
What Youll Be Doing:
Conducts inspections to determine if work has been done in accordance with contract specifications and may include any of the following:
- Irrigation and planting roadway and overhead sign removal and installation.
- Installation of mechanical equipment
In addition:
- Maintains office files related to the project quantity calculations and writes daily diaries.
- Prepares daily reports and other documentation as required by the contract
- Recognizes potential conflicts issues and problems and reports to supervisor with proposed solution.
- May provide technical guidance to lowerlevel inspectors.
What Required Skills Youll Bring:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Also requires at least 1 to 3 years of related experience on field projects as well as formal certification from an independent organization depending on type of inspection assignment.
What Desired Skills Youll Bring:
Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications and be thoroughly familiar with constructionrelated processes related to the area of assignment. Knowledge of English grammar and composition the ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing; to follow oral and written instructions prepare written messages and simple charts and graphs.
