Mechanical Engineer

• Need to have experience of working on the Voice process for 2-3 years.
  
• Must be okay to work out of Hyderabad location.
  
• Experience/Knowledge of Medical records, US Insurance will be an added advantage.
  
• Must be open to work in a 24/7 work environment and a challenging/fluid work culture.
  
• Should posses excellent communication skills and knowledge of phone handling etiquettes.
  
• An Individual who is accountable for his/her actions and learn from mistakes and be open to learning.
  
• Should be always open to WFO as operations will be worked out of Hyderabad office location.

Requirements

Making calls to US Insurance carriers/facilities to check on documentation updates.

To meet all designed performance metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Work closely with the entire team to pass on regular updates and ideas which makes work simpler.

To work with minimal supervision and help team meet the assigned goals.

To identify and communicate any training needs to the TL to ensure immediate intervention.

Qualifications

• Should be a Graduate from a reputed college, MBA would be a plus.
  

Organizational and time-management skills.

Decision-making skills

Knowledge of performance metrics, like AHT & Quality.

Sound knowledge of MS office tools will be an added advantage
