The work of the Junior Strategy Associate should help the Group CEO and Business unit leaders to take bold and transformative steps considering the customer and market dynamics, by helping them to:
- Facilitate the execution of Transformation and Integration projects
- Improve operational performance, drive value-creation, synergies, and integration post-transactions
Responsibilities:
- Support in developing and implementing corporate strategies, M&A and transformation plans
- Analyze and evaluate market trends and opportunities
- Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities
- Monitor and report on progress of strategic plans
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Personal Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Consulting background with the Big 4 preferred
