Requisite Qualifications And Experience
- Diploma/ bachelors degree in engineering
- 8-10 years experience in Engineering Plant Management and Maintenance preferably in Tobacco industry or allied sectors.
- Experienced knowledge in Engineering mechanical and electrical, Engineering Maintenance, Financial Budgeting and Control, Technical Drafting, Air treatment / Scrubbing and water treatment knowledge would be very useful as well.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- AutoCAD experience.
- Has the ability to implement the planning and management of a new greenfield site.
