- Conduct thermal analysis on various components of a Heat Exchanger System, Shell and Tube, Fin Fan etc
- Release results as 'technical documents' after review by the senior members of the team.
- Utilize the core competencies of thermal and fluid sciences, using and advancing analytical and experimental approaches to answer key questions about the performance and architecture of a system or component.
- Make decisions in the areas of day to day project details, such as conducting analysis, testing, and communication with stakeholders that impact and support the successful progression of projects.
- Provide independent execution of established work processes and systems, while still develop technology or product knowledge. engage with the improvement of systems and processes.
- Coordinate directly with engineers and project managers to understand project requirements, verify design details and recommend modifications as needed according to company standards and best practices
- Provide support to engineering team as needed by creating digital models within deadlines and utilizing multiple methods to ensure deliverables include all relevant design details
- Assist in ongoing project to standardize and unify design document standards by participating in meetings and preparing presentation materials as necessary
- Position instructions and comments onto drawings.
- Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies or to reduce production problems.
