Material Coordinator

• Coordinate and manage the movement of materials throughout the supply chain.
• Ensure materials are received, stored, and issued in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts.
• Collaborate with purchasing and production teams to ensure materials are available for production schedules.
• Monitor and track materials to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to materials, such as quality or quantity discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues or delays.
• Conduct regular analysis and reporting on material usage and inventory levels.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a material coordinator or similar role.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
