About the Position

HYF Medical Center is looking for a proactive creative and results-oriented Marketing Officer to support our marketing and business development activities in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare medical aesthetics wellness beauty hospitality or premium services with strong skills in digital marketing social media content creation lead generation and customer engagement.

The Marketing Officer will work closely with the Marketing Director Patient Services Aesthetic Consultants Membership Consultants and Business Development team to increase brand awareness generate qualified leads attract new patients and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Activities

Assist in implementing the companys marketing strategy and marketing campaigns.

Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities.

Support promotional campaigns for healthcare medical aesthetics longevity regenerative medicine and wellness services.

Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.

Support the development of marketing materials and promotional content.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

Manage and update social media platforms.

Plan and publish engaging content for Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

Coordinate with designers photographers videographers and content creators.

Assist with Google Ads Meta Ads SEO SEM and other digital marketing activities.

Monitor social media engagement website traffic leads and campaign performance.

3. Patient Lead Generation

Support campaigns designed to generate new patient inquiries and leads.

Follow up with marketing leads through WhatsApp phone email and other channels when required.

Coordinate with Patient Services and Aesthetic Consultants to ensure timely lead follow-up.

Maintain and update customer and lead databases.

Support lead conversion and patient retention activities.

4. Medical Aesthetic & Healthcare Promotion

Assist with marketing campaigns for:

Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine

Laser Treatments

Injectables & Skin Treatments

Regenerative Medicine

Longevity & Anti-Aging

Preventive Healthcare

Executive Health Check-ups

Mens & Womens Health

Wellness & Health Management

Premium Healthcare Membership Programs

Ensure marketing materials are professional accurate and aligned with applicable UAE healthcare advertising requirements.

5. Events & Promotions

Assist in organizing healthcare seminars VIP events exhibitions networking events and promotional activities.

Coordinate event invitations registration materials photography and follow-up.

Support partnerships with hotels companies communities wellness organizations and other relevant partners.

Assist with promotional campaigns and special events for VIP and international patients.

6. Content & Marketing Materials

Assist in developing social media posts brochures flyers presentations newsletters and other marketing materials.

Coordinate healthcare-related content with doctors and medical professionals.

Support video and photo production for marketing campaigns.

Ensure all content reflects HYF Medical Centers professional and premium brand image.

7. CRM & Marketing Reporting

Maintain accurate marketing and lead databases.

Track leads inquiries appointments and campaign results.

Prepare regular marketing activity reports.

Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback to the Marketing Director.

Support the improvement of marketing campaigns based on data and results.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications Healthcare Management or a related field preferred.

Minimum 23 years of marketing experience.

Experience in healthcare medical aesthetics dermatology beauty wellness hospitality or premium services is highly preferred.

Experience working with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Experience in content creation and marketing campaign coordination.

Experience with Google Ads Meta Ads SEO/SEM CRM or marketing analytics is an advantage.

UAE/Dubai market experience is highly preferred.

Experience working with VIP or international customers is an advantage.
