- Transform Voice of Customer (VOC), product features and benefits into world-class marketing campaigns including digital marketing by identifying the customer buyer's journey and key target audiences.
- Proactively design, plan and execute initiatives to support demand through leads generation and a funnel-based approach that ultimately results in revenue growth. Monitor campaign performance to ensure campaigns deliver SQLs according to plan.
- Measure customer excellence through customer satisfaction survey.
- Build strong network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) & reference sites to support products in healthcare setting.
