- Participates in the formulation and implementation of the Marketing department plans to ensure the alignment with Dallah’s overall objectives and business plans.
- Participates in the development of Marketing department policies, and procedures and ensures implementation of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the Marketing department by facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high performance standards.
- Prepares the Marketing unit budget and ensures that the activity within this unit is implemented processed as per the assigned budget.
- Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing, and motivating staff to maximize subordinate’s performance.
- Directs the conceptualization, development, and enhancement of new and existing products, including the development of business cases for presentation to Management, to ensure the Company’s product lines remain competitive.
- Provide ROI analysis of all marketing campaigns and sales activities.
- Ensures that all assigned products meet any operational, legal, and audit requirements so that external compliance is assured and risk to the Company is minimized.
