The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager is to contribute in formulating the overall companys strategy, lead the department in generating and executing the marketing / communication plan and provide the necessary marketing research and analysis, business development activities.

Â.

Positively contribute in generating the companys strategy

Â.

Devise a marketing plan that will support the various divisions growth

Â.

Build the company and brands identities and communicate them effectively, and liaise with the agencies

Â.

Actively conducting marketing intelligence exercises and monitor/ report critical market/ business parameters, customer behaviour trends and customer satisfaction index

Â.

Conduct marketing research and analysis

Â.

Look for potential new business opportunities

Requirements

Â.

Possess an MBA in Marketing

Â.

5-8 years of managerial experience in marketing related fields

Â.

Exposure to engineered products environment and/or durable consumer goods

Â.

Experience in the global engineering market

Â.

Excellent communication skills in English
