Open Position: Windows Engineer, Level 3 (MNC IT Services Company)

An MNC IT Services Company is currently hiring for Windows Engineer, Level 3 to join the team and be based in the Selangor

Key responsibilities include:

• Good experience in supporting and administrating Windows and Virtualization Technology Platforms such as Active Directory, Citrix, GPO, SCCM, Windows 10, Office365 and etc
  
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge in Networking, Backup, Security, Server, Storage and Virtualization platform such as Citrix, VmWare and etc
  
• Having experience in application and systems hardening including patching, upgrade and etc
  
• Good experience in change, request and incident management process with ability to identify areas of improvement, implementing bigfix and etc
  
• Good experience in leading IT projects through planning, testing and implementation phases to meet the business objective
  
• Experience in writing batch and automation scripts using VB, Powershell, Perl and etc
  
• Good technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve Technical IT issues
  
• Having professional IT Certifications such as IT, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP and etc would be added advantage
  
• A team player and comfortable working in a diverse team culture based environment
