Education And/or Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism or public relations with one to three years of experience in communications, content and/or marketing roles.
• Strong writing skills and a solid command of the Associated Press style guide, grammar and journalistic writing principles is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and impeccable attention to detail, particularly as it relates to proofing.
• Must be able to write content of varying lengths and tones, including website articles, email copy and social media copy.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Must be able to multitask and meet competing deadlines and to follow clearly defined processes and procedures.
• A professional demeanor and a client service mindset, with a sense of urgency in answering requests from attorneys and administrative staff.
• Must be flexible and able to tolerate ambiguity in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills necessary to maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Law firm or professional services experience is a plus.
