Market Insight Senior Analyst

• Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and administering two of our largest flagships tracking studies – Brand Health Tracking and Net Promotor Score studies.
• Ensures smooth coordination with external vendors on methodology, sampling, fieldwork progress, incentive planning, reporting, and data analysis.
• Accurately conduct scripting and monitoring fieldwork in Verint
• Analyze and synthesize data for report writing.
• Maintain and update Tableau dashboard with new data.
• Manage contract approvals and invoice processing on a timely basis.
• Accountable for working with internal stakeholders on any queries for both studies.
• Efficiently check and ensure research outputs are accurate and with high standard.
• Responsible for prompt preparation of research output to answer internal stakeholders and senior management’s needs.
• Communicate effectively with outside vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work with global teams and varying time zones effectively.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities at once and deliver on tight timelines.
  

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of health insurance or international health care provider experience.
• Degree holder in Statistics, Marketing or related discipline
• Data driven, and highly numerate.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
• An experience with data analytics tool(s), Tableau or Verint is a definite plus.
• Due to communication with documents with external vendors and internal stakeholders with various backgrounds, hence proficiency in English is a must and other additional languages would be good to have.
