Job Title: Marine Logistics Engineer (ADNOC Project)

Job Purpose

Plan and coordinate marine logistics activities ensuring the safe and timely movement of personnel materials equipment and project cargo between ports marine bases vessels and offshore project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute marine logistics plans according to project schedules.
  
• Coordinate vessels barges landing craft crew boats and offshore supply operations.
  
• Arrange mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel equipment and materials.
  
• Prepare cargo manifests vessel schedules lifting plans permits and logistics documentation.
  
• Coordinate port clearances customs procedures loading unloading and offshore deliveries.
  
• Liaise with Project Marine Operations Procurement Warehouse Construction and HSE teams.
  
• Track vessel movements cargo status equipment utilization and delivery progress.
  
• Coordinate with vessel operators port authorities freight forwarders and logistics contractors.
  
• Identify operational risks and prepare contingency and recovery plans.
  
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC procedures marine regulations and HSE requirements.
  
• Maintain records and prepare daily weekly and monthly logistics reports.
  

• Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering Logistics Supply Chain Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  
• Minimum 58 years of marine logistics experience.
  
• Experience in offshore construction dredging oil and gas or marine EPC projects.
  
• Knowledge of vessels port operations offshore supply project cargo and customs procedures.
  
• UAE/GCC marine project experience is preferred.
  
• Strong planning coordination reporting and communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems; SAP or Oracle experience is an advantage.
