Position Overview

A private family based in Jumeirah 1 Dubai is seeking an experienced caring and proactive Mandarin- or French-speaking nanny to care for their three young children aged 2.5 5 and 6 years. The primary focus will be on the youngest child while also supporting the older two children with their after-school routines activities and daily needs.

The ideal candidate will be warm organized engaging and passionate about early childhood development with the ability to create a safe nurturing and stimulating environments for all three children.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive age-appropriate care with a primary focus on the 2.5-year-old child.
  
• Plan and organize fun educational and creative activities that support the childrens learning development and social skills.
  
• Assist the older children aged 5 and 6 with their after-school routines and activities.
  
• Encourage language development through storytelling reading conversations songs and interactive play.
  
• Support the childrens daily routines including meals personal hygiene dressing and nap or rest times as appropriate.
  
• Organize indoor and outdoor activities that promote creativity physical development and independence.
  
• Maintain a safe clean and child-friendly environment.
  
• Encourage positive behaviour good manners and age-appropriate independence.
  
• Communicate effectively with the parents regarding the childrens routines progress activities and general well-being.
  

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience working as a nanny with toddlers and young children.
  
• Experience caring for multiple children of different ages is highly desirable.
  
• Fluency in Mandarin or French is required.
  
• A warm patient responsible and nurturing personality.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan engaging childrens activities.
  
• Good understanding of early childhood development and age-appropriate routines.
  
• Excellent communication skills and a professional discreet approach to working within a private household.
  
• Relevant childcare qualifications and first-aid certification would be an advantage.
