Manager Projects Offshore

Lead the end-to-end delivery of offshore projects and undertake responsibility to develop the project plan, form project teams and ensure that offshore project objectives are met. Define project scopes, objectives, budget and outcomes and endorse project planning and management outcomes, in line with the departmental policies, procedures and standards. Lead the implementation of risk mitigation initiatives and support the formulation of Offshore Logistics project risk policies and mitigation. Strategies by coordinating with the risk management department. Oversee and provide operational support to all offshore projects requiring approval for utilization of marine units and movements within company-controlled areas and ensure that all marine operations are safely conducted in accordance with safety standards and approved procedures. Evaluate project feasibility against Offshore Logistics capabilities and resources and monitor project costs to ensure alignment with project budgets
