Manager Projects-MEP

• Co-ordinate material handling, installation works, testing and commissioning in order to meet the contract program.
• Ensure the availability of MEP materials for the production as per project specifications in order to avoid any shortages during the production.
• Manage subcontractors to ensure activities are completed on time to project requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with MEP subcontractors, client representative and/or consultants in order to meet site program and solve the problems if any.
• Monitor the materials used by subcontractors for the production to ensure all the materials comply with the project specifications.
• Co-ordinate proper procedures and method statements for the implementation of MEP installations in order to prevent any technical problem from happened.
• Manage subcontractor in order to prepare the inspection request for obtaining timely MEP clearances from the consultant without causing any delay to the following works.
• Resolve any discrepancies between MEP and civil works as per site conditions and project specifications in order to resolve discrepancies delay to the construction program.
  
  

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or Mechanical Engineering. LEED AP Certification. PMP Certified.
  
  

Minimum Experience

• To coordinate between MEP subcontractors and civil construction team with the objective of timely completion of the project as per project specifications and by meeting the company policies and procedures.
