Specific Accountabilities:

HSE Management

Utilizing the Worleys framework to undertake risk assessment of the project through engineering procurement & construction and develop HSE plans to support each phase of the project.

• Develop HSE standards systems and procedures to support the project(s).

• Develop and implement HSE training for the project including orientation hazard analysis & safety leadership.

• Implement robust contractor management process including preselection orientation and ontheground review of performance (informal & formal)

• Ensure effective hazard & incident management processes are implemented including the use of the Worleys system.

• Implement effective Emergency Preparedness and Response plans aligned with Worley & Client Crisis Management Plans.

• Manage the local R3 processes and participate in project start up work (project mobilization). Ensure thorough

Personnel

• Recruit HSE personnel required to support the project

• Coach & mentor direct reports and project team members to improve HSE skills and competencies.

HSE Management

• Liaise with HSE professionals to identify & share improvements

• Participate in HSE inspections & audits across project(s)
