Manager Product Testing Footwear

YOUR TALENT:

• Bachelor degree with focus on Material technologies or Mechanical engineering, or equivalent education, or proven experience/expert within the footwear industry, with a strong understanding of shoe making, testing methodologies and standards
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a reputable International footwear brand or footwear company with direct exposure to International Footwear Brands
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and documentation
• Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards related to footwear testing is highly desirable
• Strong conceptual thinking, high learning agility, open minded, good interpersonal skills, passionate, patient , team player, high moral integrity (non-corruptible)
