Conduct research and collect data to understand the organization.
Conduct analysis and interview client personnel and management team.
Managing focus groups and facilitating workshops.
Preparing business proposals and presentations.
Defining issues and formulating hypotheses and solutions.
Present findings and recommendations to clients.
Implement recommendations and solutions and ensure that the customer receives the necessary assistance.
Managing projects and programs and leading and managing the work team, including analysts.
Communicate with clients to inform them of progress and make necessary decisions.
