Manager Market Development

• Develop, propose and deliver agreed market development plan to optimize PTE customer and product mix
• Deliver accurate operational planning and forecasting to meet PTE customer needs and optimize internal operations
• Identify and develop opportunities to grow business unit/country strategy as defined by Borouge PTE
• Manage market development activities to meet agreed PTE business targets
• Translate PTE strategies into define projects approved by PTE and execute it by local Market Development Managers
• Monitor goals & targets of local teams to ensure that key deliverables defined by Borouge PTE is delivered
• Day to day operational administration of the local Market Development team
• Collaborate with the PTE Marketing function in developing and implementing of regional marketing strategize for e.g. provide support to and facilitate marketing activities within the region responsible

• Provide advice on segments, customers and suppliers of PTE
  

Customer Relationship

• Build and maintain PTE customer relationships to strengthen the commercial position of Borouge PTE
• Co-ordinate activities at major PTE customers to optimize business in alignment with overall strategy
• Manage market development activities to meet Borouge PTE Business target and ensure continuity
• Maintain relation with key local industrial bodies and associations to facilitate better understanding of the market and maintain relationship with key PTE customers
• Manage cross-functional activities and relationships with Customer Service to ensure that standard Service levels are observed and efficiency maximized aligned with Borouge PTE needs
  

About You:

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduates in Chemical Engineering/Polymers, management education is preferred
