Role and Responsibilities

Performance Management:

  • Consult with business units on goal setting and modification
  • Serve as liaison between business units and People Team resources to ensure on-time completion of annual performance evaluation process.
  • Consult with business units on appropriate use of Performance Improvement Plans for under-performing employees.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Coordinate between Talent Acquisition resources and business units on the completion of the vacancy requisition process
  • Attend interviews, along with hiring managers, provide feedback to Talent Acquisition
  • Coordinate between hiring managers and Talent Acquisition on the candidate selection process
  • Serve as point of contact for selected candidates in terms of visa processing, required documents, date of joining, onboarding schedule, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal resources to create and execute an effective onboarding schedule for new joiners.
