Manager - Environment

New Heights Career Services, a premier staffing agency, has been retained to fill the role of Healthcare Account Executive for our client. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join the team and help drive revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and in-market hospitals in the region. $75k-$80k with commissions = $105k-$115k OTE. This is a remote role that requires travel to in-market hospitals. Vaccination is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with healthcare providers and facilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience in any industry selling services
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and oral
• Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building and maintaining revenue-producing relationships
• Ability to independently lead and make decisions that balance the needs of the client with internal goals and teams
• Strategic thinker with knowledge of or a desire to learn the healthcare industry and apply strategy to engage new and existing clients and prospects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel and PowerPoint in particular), Zoom, and CRM
• Ability to travel to clients and build relationships at least 3 times a week. No overnight travel.
