Maintenance Manager

Education and training:

A maintenance manager is usually required to possess an associate's degree in maintenance engineering or a related field. Higher degrees may be an added advantage.
Experience:

It is preferable to have previous experience in the field of maintenance and maintenance management. Experience in managing maintenance teams and organizing maintenance activities is an added advantage.
