- Assist the maintenance management in the delivery of all maintenance and hygiene functions and in reviewing and reporting schedules of work to confirm compliance of delivery for 3rd party AMC’s and in-house activities. ✓ Provide relevant technical expertise to ensure tasks are delivered on time and to the required quality. ✓ Supervise and support all contractors in a wide range of building maintenance disciplines including: AC, Power generation and distribution, HVAC, Chiller Plant, WWTP, general MEP installations and civil works. ✓ Supervise and support maintenance technicians and hygiene staff in their duties and ensure that they are working in a safe and effective manner. ✓ Ensure all works within the premises are delivered in accordance with the correct H&S standards and in compliance with internal Standard Operating Procedures. ✓ Conduct regular quality audits of the facility. ✓ Issuing and managing work permits for all maintenance and hygiene staff and 3rd party contractors.
