Job Description

Under supervision of the Director of Radiology and Indirect supervision of the Chief Nursing Officer, and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, monitors patients undergoing invasive radio logical procedures. Performs the duties of a circulating nurse.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- RN Texas License or temporary permit to practice in Texas
- BCLS/ACLS Certification
- 1-2 years prior ICU/CCU critical care experience
- 1-2 years prior experience in Interventional Radiology and Special Procedures preferred
- Ability to read arrhythmias and perform all CPR duties
Willing to speak with candidates that dont have recent acute care experience. However, as long as it is not like more than 5 years that they have not been in acute care.
RECENT ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE Preferred
CRITICAL CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
CRITICAL CARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Education Requirements
ACLS/RN/Texas board of nursing
A Critical Care background
Moderate/Conscious Sedation
BSN required, will consider a candidate with AND who is actively pursuing a BSN
- With CNO approval: If Candidates do not have a BSN Degree but have an ADN, they have a Tuition Free ADN to BSN program here at HCA! Online takes approx a year!
Fee: 25% of the annual salary (split per contract)
Sign ON: CASE BY CASE BASIS PENDING on HR Approval (NOT GUAREENTEED that theyll be getting a sign on)
Relocation: CASE BY CASE BASIS
