Job Description
Education and Training: Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field may be preferred. Certifications or specialized training in maintenance management are an advantage.
Previous Experience: Experience in maintenance or related work, whether in planning or implementing preventive and corrective maintenance.
Organization and planning skills: The ability to organize the maintenance schedule, plan the necessary resources, and direct technicians and workers in maintenance work.
Management Skills: Good management skills such as good communication, leadership ability, effective problem solving, and decision making.
