Job Summary:

Function as a Machine operator for the GRE Liner.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:

• Function as a Machine operator for the GRE Liner.
• Adhere to work instructions.
• Perform daily maintenance checks before start of the shift.
• Perform the job as stipulated per company procedures/work instruction etc.
• Verify through visual inspection that the pipes are suitable for coating.
• Perform necessary qualification test by the use quality control gauges to verify that the product meets the requirements.
• Inform the Coating Plant Superintendent / Supervisor/Leadman or his designee if any disturbance or irregularities in the production flow occurs.
• Records Daily Production Reports Quality Assurance/Control Reports and all necessary Reports regarding operation.
• Follow all the Company HSEMS QMS policies and procedures.

BEHAVIORAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Highschool graduate or equivalent
• 12 years of related experience in similar work environment
• Team player
• Flexible
• Good English command (expats)
• Training certificates are plus
