KBR is looking for MAC Specialist for ADNOC PMC project to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as PMC focal point for all Monitoring Automation and Control system activities across the project lifecycle.

Review and approve engineering deliverables related to ICSS DCS PLC SCADA ESD F&G Instrumentation and telecommunications systems.

Monitor EPC Contractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements specifications and international standards.

Coordinate interfaces between Automation Electrical Instrumentation Telecom Cybersecurity and Operations disciplines.

Review system architecture control philosophies cause & effect matrices logic diagrams network configurations and software applications.

Evaluate and approve vendor documents technical submittals material requisitions and package vendor designs.

Participate in HAZOP SIL assessments FAT SAT IFAT and integrated system testing activities.

Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and digital asset management requirements.

Provide technical support during installation commissioning start-up and performance testing.

Identify project risks technical issues and opportunities for optimization and recommend mitigation measures.

Verify contractor adherence to quality safety and schedule requirements.

Support project digitalization initiatives including real-time monitoring data integration predictive analytics and smart asset solutions.

Coordinate with operations and maintenance teams to ensure system operability and maintainability.

Prepare technical reports progress updates and management presentations

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Instrumentation Engineering Electronics Engineering Electrical Engineering Automation Engineering or related discipline.

Professional certifications in Automation Control Systems Cybersecurity or Digitalization are advantageous.

Membership in recognized engineering institutions is preferred.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 15 years of experience in oil & gas petrochemical LNG or offshore projects.

Minimum 5 years in a PMC EPC or Owners Engineer role.

Proven experience in automation and control system design implementation and commissioning.

Experience with major control systems such as Honeywell Yokogawa Emerson ABB Siemens Schneider Electric or Rockwell Automation.

Experience in FEED Detailed Engineering Construction Support and Commissioning phases.
