● Cooperate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration
● Coordinate with sponsors, speakers, performers, and other participants as needed
● Assist in managing guest lists, RSVPs, and registration processes
● Supervise event setup, including decor, signage, and audiovisual equipment
● Provide assistance during the event, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations
● Assist in post-event activities, such as gathering feedback and evaluating event success
● Organize the event from A to Z
