- Prepare and update job files with received cargo documents and relevant correspondence.
- Timely correspondence and advice to the client on dispatch procedures and documentation requirements by our office for clearance and delivery.
- When cargo documents received follow up with cargo agent for Delivery Order. Passing Bill of Entry, Prepare the Exit / Entry Certificate and keep documents ready for the Logistics Operations Assistant for collection and delivery.
- Coordinating with all the Operations Departments for vessel ETAs and time of delivery.
- Coordinating Local collection and delivery of equipment.
