Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software simulation company in Dubai a prominent leader in engineering solutions that drive innovation in industries such as Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas. Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Sales Manager who will be supporting the Sales Director driving daytoday sales operations nurturing pipeline development and steering our team towards ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead weekly opportunity reviews strategically advancing sales opportunities through different stages towards closure.
Spearhead the management and monitoring of our sales pipeline spotting growth opportunities and maintaining a healthy balance across all stages.
Harness the power of Salesforce reports and dashboards to scrutinize vital sales metrics spotting trends and unlocking insights to enhance sales performance.
Foster a collaborative environment with our inside sales team ensuring they excel in generating quality leads and scheduling appointments for our field sales reps.
Polish and perfect sales presentations crafted by our field sales team ensuring theyre impactful concise and persuasive.
Provide support to the Sales Director across various salesrelated tasks as required.
Oversee marketing initiatives aimed at achieving sales objectives ensuring seamless alignment and effectiveness.
Dive deep into sales data to pinpoint areas for improvement and finetune sales processes for optimal performance.

Requirements
An MBA or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in a sales management role preferably within the software sector. Simulation software sales experience would be an added advantage.
Valid UAE Driving License.
Valid UAE Driving License.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
Proficiency in Salesforce for adept sales opportunity management.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills coupled with a knack for coaching others.
Experience in team management and the ability to inspire and drive a team towards shared goals.
Strong prioritization skills adept time management and the ability to work autonomously.
A relentless work ethic and a laser focus on results.
