Roles & Responsibilities
Lead a group of mechanics, electricians, welders, and their assistants within central workshop and other sites. Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics procedures on construction vehicles, equipment's, tools, etc.
Perform preventive maintenance as per related procedures.
Responsible for inspection of lifting equipment. Record observations and findings during diagnostics run and decide on the correct method of repair, as necessary.
Plan and organize preventive maintenance system and delegate specific tasks to concerned mechanics. Forecast and advise Logistics Manager to order spare parts for specific jobs / special jobs or for stocks replenishments.
Supervise and follow-up on actual progress of each individual repair job.
