Job Description

- You are responsible for doing extensive legal work, including handling clients, filling case files, drafting documents and letters, taking statements, reaching cases and legal information, etc.
- Help in preparing the different legal documents which the lawyer would need. These include wills, contracts, legal notices and even real estate documents.
- Prepare affidavits and other documents that the client may require.
- Check out the details of the different cases and relay the information to the lawyer so that he can handle the case efficiently.
- Help in settling the disputes between the two parties.
- Check the clauses of various documents and analyze whether the conditions are worth accepting
- Perform legal and factual research
- Organize an analyze information
- Cross-check and validate information
- Help prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations and motions
- Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy
- Build and maintain database and files
- Organize and track case files
- Review and monitor new and updated laws and regulations
- Maintain law library
