Responsibilities & Essential Functions

People Leadership
Actively participate in the recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring the Sales to ensure ongoing engagement of team

Required Skills, Experience & Characteristics

Proven work experience as a VP of Sales or similar role with leading high-growth sales team to annual goal of $10+
7- 10 years senior level Sales experience, ideally building/supporting teams in a fast-moving, SaaS company
5+ years managing teams and direct sales of MedTech, Performance Technology, Sports Medicine
Experience selling into Healthcare College or Pro Sports,
BA/BS Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Great strategic planning, organizational, creative thinking skills, and CLOSING SKILLS!
Effective written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills with proven ability to effectively engage with and present to senior level executives
