Job Description

1. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to real estate transactions.

2. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all contractual matters.

3. Provide legal advice to the management team on various legal issues affecting real estate operations.

4. Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to real estate in Sharjah and the UAE.

5. Handle legal disputes and litigation matters related to real estate transactions.

6. Work closely with external legal counsel when necessary to resolve legal issues efficiently.

7. Appear and represent the company in front of legal commissions, including but not limited to rental dispute resolution committees in Sharjah and Ajman.

8. Attend hearings, meetings, and negotiations to resolve rental issues and disputes in a timely and effective manner.

9. Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation related to real estate transactions.

10. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
